Passionate about hosting, cheese, wine, and flowers, The Board Barcelona<\/span>\u00a0was born from my firm belief that great food brings people together and that eating should be an experience for all of our senses.<\/span><\/p>

Twelve years ago, I made Barcelona my home and was enamored by the fresh, rich flavors and vibrant colors of food in the local markets. I fell in love with mouth-watering European cheeses and learned to eat seasonally, pairing fruit and cheese to bring out the best of both.<\/span><\/p>

Since the creation of The Board Barcelona<\/span>, we have spent countless hours trying products from Barcelona’s local markets, selecting only the highest quality produce and the best flavor combinations.
