This Saturday, we celebrate International Women\u2019s Day. While this is something we should commemorate every day, having a dedicated moment like this allows us to amplify women\u2019s voices and their stories while reminding us of the inequalities many women still face worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At The Board Barcelona<\/strong>, we celebrate this day by highlighting the talent and strength of all the women in our team. We are proud to have 75% women in our workforce, including our founder, and we work every day to continue supporting equal opportunities and the empowerment of women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, we work with female-led suppliers for almost all the ingredients of our Grazing Boards, supporting companies that are committed to local and sustainable production. We believe that every collaboration is an opportunity to strengthen the female economy and make a real difference in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our city, Barcelona, and the surrounding metropolitan area, we also collaborate with a female-led delivery company that is characterized by its commitment to sustainability, using electric vehicles to make their deliveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this International Women\u2019s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to gender equality, the empowerment of women, and, above all, the promotion of female talent. We know that every step counts, and we will continue working to create a more just, inclusive, and equitable environment for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
