“Wine made from organic vineyards. Harvested by hand and transported in 15 kg boxes and strict grape selection. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for few hours in a cold room to get aromatic precursors. Then each variety it\u2019s gently pressed to obtain and use exclusively first-run must. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and is followed by 3 months aging on the lees.”<\/p>\n
