Termin\u00e9 el curso escolar en junio de 2023 y dediqu\u00e9 el verano a planificar la estructura y los sistemas del negocio, adem\u00e1s de a\u00f1adir nuevos productos a nuestro men\u00fa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En oto\u00f1o del a\u00f1o pasado lanzamos nuestro primer taller interactivo en Bridal Avenue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Durante los meses siguientes, organizamos m\u00e1s talleres y creamos innumerables tablas para peque\u00f1as reuniones \u00edntimas, picnics y regalos de cumplea\u00f1os y aniversarios. Dise\u00f1amos \"Grazing Boards\" personalizadas para negocios y marcas, acompa\u00f1adas de flores de temporada que complementaban nuestros productos gourmet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En primavera, logramos registrar nuestra marca, Ana se uni\u00f3 al equipo, y nos vimos inmersos en pedidos privados y grandes eventos. Continuamos ofreciendo talleres y disfrutamos conoci\u00e9ndoos en persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">El broche de oro fue aparecer en la edici\u00f3n de verano de 2024 de Elle Gourmet. Nos encant\u00f3 su rese\u00f1a, y estamos muy agradecidos de que una revista tan prestigiosa haya querido compartir nuestra historia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">A ra\u00edz de todo esto, nuestro peque\u00f1o espacio de cocina se nos qued\u00f3 peque\u00f1o r\u00e1pidamente. No pod\u00edamos creer nuestra suerte cuando encontramos un nuevo espacio que era simplemente perfecto: parec\u00eda demasiado bueno para ser verdad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">As\u00ed que no lo dudamos y decidimos abrir nuestra propia cocina y espacio para eventos. Recibimos las llaves, comenzamos a dise\u00f1ar el espacio y ya estamos en plena fase de renovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00bfY ahora qu\u00e9?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En oto\u00f1o de 2024 comenzaremos a operar desde este nuevo espacio, donde los clientes podr\u00e1n recoger sus pedidos, asistir a catas, participar en talleres, disfrutar de noches de vino y queso, y mucho m\u00e1s... \u00a1las posibilidades son infinitas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Nuestra visi\u00f3n es clara: queremos crear un lugar donde la gente se re\u00fana alrededor de NUESTRA mesa, creando recuerdos mientras disfrutan de buena comida y buen vino.
