“In Béziers one can come across the last vestiges of the galets roulés, the typical coarse pebbles of the Rhône of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Here we find a beautiful white Grenache, completely different from that of Batea. Very Mediterranean, rich and mineral to the Once, the perfect pairing with the acidity of Batea, which still persisted in my mind, a blend that would be the perfect base for an elegant and sparkling Garnacha.
