Our boards are more than just a beautiful arrangement of ingredients – they’re the result of years spent finding the perfect flavors, textures, and pairings so that every bite is a true experience. 

We work hand in hand with Catalan farms, artisanal workshops, and local producers to handpick the highest-quality products. Some of these suppliers have a long history: one has been in operation since 1897, carrying tradition and care in every product. We know our producers personally and make sure everything meets our strict standards for freshness and excellence. 

Every ingredient tells a story: artisanal cheeses with character, traditional cured meats, premium nuts, and crackers chosen to complement each other perfectly. The result? Boards that are balanced, visually stunning, and delicious from the very first glance. 

Years of testing and fine-tuning have taught us which flavors work best together, how to play with textures, and how to achieve the perfect harmony between sweet, savory, soft, and intense. Each board arrives ready to enjoy, effortless and elegant, transforming any moment into something truly special.
