A hand-painted lemon biscuit waiting in your hotel room. A beautifully set dinner table, filled with flowers, greenery and little details chosen just for you. An afternoon on the water, with something delicious to share as Barcelona slips past.
For Lodgify’s first brand trip, we had the pleasure of creating all three.
The team brought together influencers and partners who use their platform for a three-day experience in Barcelona. They wanted their guests to feel special and cared for, with thoughtful touches that matched the Mediterranean spirit of Casa Lodgify.
That’s where we came in.
You may know The Board Barcelona® for our grazing boards, cheese and charcuterie. But our love of beautiful food and gathering extends to the details around them: bespoke corporate gifting, floral design, tablescaping and personalized touches for events and celebrations in Barcelona.
This project brought those different parts of our work together. From the first ideas and mood boards to sourcing, hand-painting, packaging and setup, we helped turn a Mediterranean theme into three distinct guest experiences.
The first moment happened before everyone gathered around a table.
Lodgify had created welcome packs for guests to find in their hotel rooms on arrival. They asked us to design something special to add: a gift that felt personal, looked lovely and belonged to the world they were creating for the trip.
Our answer? Lemon-shaped butter cookies, individually painted by hand.
Created by our wonderful team members, the cookies were designed especially for Casa Lodgify’s Mediterranean theme. We handled their creation, packaging and delivery, ready to become part of Lodgify’s welcome.
There is something lovely about a gift made for a particular occasion. The shape, the colours, the presentation…each choice has a reason. Here, the lemon became a small introduction to the experience ahead, waiting for each guest in their room.
And, of course, it was something delicious to enjoy.
This is the kind of gifting we love: thoughtful, playful and made to fit the people receiving it.
For a brand trip, that might mean a hand-painted individually wrapped & packaged butter cookie that brings the event’s theme to life. For the opening dinner, the Casa Lodgify theme moved from the welcome gifts to the table.
At El Tribut, we created a Mediterranean-inspired tablescape with florals, greenery, lemons and grapes. Fresh greens, soft floral colorand bright citrus brought the concept into the setting where guests would gather for their first dinner.
The details continued at each place setting, with personalized tags and lemons helping carry the theme across the table.
Our work included developing ideas and mood boards, sourcing the elements, floral design and setup, and preparing the personalized finishing touches. After the event, we collected the rented vases from the restaurant.
It was an opportunity to show another side of The Board Barcelona: the care we bring to how a table looks and feels, as well as what is served on it.
For Lodgify, the brief was to make the dinner even more memorable for their special VIP guests. The florals and table details gave the evening its own visual identity while keeping it connected to the welcome they had already received.
A restaurant dinner can feel wonderfully personal when the table has been designed for your occasion.

For Casa Lodgify, that meant a Mediterranean table full of lemons, grapes and fresh florals. Your celebration will have its own starting point.
The day after the opening dinner, Casa Lodgify took to the water for a boat trip in Barcelona.
The brief was clear: food that was beautiful, delicious and easy to eat aboard the boat, with fresh options for guests to enjoy during the afternoon.
We created a spread of hand-rolled bagels with artisan cream cheese filling, fresh fruit, crackers and hummus, a cheese and charcuterie grazing board, and cupcakes topped with buttercream icing.
There was something fresh, something savoury and a little sweetness to finish…all presented with the same attention to detail as the gifts and florals.
The format suited an afternoon of sharing food, spending time together and enjoying Barcelona from the water. It brought our familiar love of grazing into a different setting, as the third part of a much wider project.
The most rewarding part was hearing how the experience had landed.
Lodgify left us a five-star Google review, describing the gifts, dinner florals and catering as exactly what they had hoped for:

It was also a joy to see the cookies, florals and boat catering appear in the influencers’ and VIP guests’ reels from the trip, and to hear that those details helped them feel special and cared for.
That feeling was the brief from the beginning. Seeing it reflected in the feedback made this project especially lovely for our team.
Each part of the Casa Lodgify project had a different purpose.
The biscuits welcomed guests on arrival. The florals and personalized place details brought the opening dinner’s Mediterranean theme to life. The boat catering gave everyone something beautiful and delicious to enjoy together the following day.
A lemon connected the welcome gift to the dinner table. Careful presentation ran through all three moments. And each element was created for this particular event and its guests.
This is what going beyond grazing means for us: bringing our eye for food, flowers and thoughtful details to more of the occasions you want to make memorable.
