Bouquet d’Alella Blanc 2022

Organic, still white wine made with 66% Pansa Blanca and 33% Grenache blanc. Limited production, 7,126 bottles.

“Wine made from organic vineyards. Harvested by hand and transported in 15 kg boxes and strict grape selection. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for few hours in a cold room to get aromatic precursors. Then each variety it’s gently pressed to obtain and use exclusively first-run must. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and is followed by 3 months aging on the lees.”

Look: bright yellow color with greenish reflections.

Smell: fresh aromas of flowers and white fruits with a soft citrus fragrance.

Taste: smooth mouthfeel, evolving into fruity sensations with a fresh, balanced acidity. Slim and silky structure. Long finish with an inspiring persistence of the terroir. Pure Mediterranean character.

It pairs well with appetizers, soft cheeses, grilled or baked fish and white meat (poultry), pasta salads and pasta dishes with mild sauces. We recommend serving it between 8ºC and 10ºC
