Two grapes that complement each other to give their best version: Verdejo (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%).
The Verdejo grape is a variety of white grape native to Spain. It produces dry white wines with aromas of white fruits and citrus, as well as herbal and floral notes. It is known for its ability to reflect the terroir where it is grown.
The Sauvignon Blanc grape is a white grape variety native to France, which produces dry white wines with high acidity and a fresh, vibrant flavor.”
