Pick-up & Delivery
Everything is prepared fresh to order. Available times are always shown in the calendar at checkout.

  • Tuesday-Friday: 10:00–19:00
    (on Tuesdays, collections and deliveries begin at 15:00 after our morning market deliveries arrive)

  • Saturday: 10:00–12:00

  • Sunday & Monday: Closed

Customer Service
Our team is available Tuesday-Friday, 9:00–18:00 to assist with any questions.

Yes, you can. We’ve tested this extensively so you can receive one day and enjoy the next (e.g., order Friday → serve Saturday, or order Saturday → serve Sunday). Many clients choose this and the feedback is excellent – you can’t tell the difference when stored correctly!

IMPORTANT:

Food safety first. Please follow the care card included with your board and keep everything refrigerated until just before serving, as instructed.

Our boards are made fresh and are designed to be enjoyed the same day, but can be safely enjoyed the following day when properly stored.

We do not recommend consuming your board after 48 hours from delivery. If you plan to serve later than 48 hours, contact us before ordering so we can advise or make small adjustments.

What keeps best:

  • Holds well in the fridge for a couple more days: Baked sweets such as plum cakes, brownies, cheesecake, cookies.

  • Best within 24 hours and not beyond 48: Cheese & charcuterie boards, fresh fruit, crudités & dips. After that, we cannot guarantee quality or safety.

  • After 48 hours: Some items (e.g., certain hard cheeses or charcuterie) may still seem fine but cannot be guaranteed; delicate items like nuts, soft/fragile produce, edible flowers, and olives generally do not hold well. When in doubt, follow general food-safety guidelines and discard leftovers.

Bread vs. crackers. Bread should be enjoyed the same day. If you’re planning to serve the following day, please choose crackers instead of bread.

Note: It’s the client’s responsibility to store and handle food as per the care card and general food-safety guidance. We are not responsible or liable for food storage and safety once the products leave our kitchen and have been received by the client.

We ask for 2 days notice when placing an order online to eliminate food waste and offer the freshest possible product.

We source from local Barcelona markets twice a week, based on the number of orders we have received. 

Sometimes we are able to complete an order with shorter notice, but it is not guaranteed. 

If you require same-day service or next-day service, please call us or send us a WhatsApp message at 747-433-146. We will respond to you as soon as we can.

Delivery options (through the web) are available only within Barcelona City. 

On checkout you can choose between Standard Delivery (from €15*) for delivery either in the morning or the afternoon only, or you can choose Specific Time Delivery (€60) for delivery within a one-hour window of a specific time.

For deliveries outside of Barcelona, please contact us so we can create a personalized quote for you, based on availability. Currently we do not deliver outside of Cataluña.

Our shop is located in the Sarria-Sant Gervasi neighborhood of Barcelona, Spain on Calle de Descartes 5, Barcelona 08006. We are open for order collection, public events, and private events. 

You are always more than welcome to visit us and say hello, or to make an order in person! You can find our team in our shop Tuesday-Friday in the mornings from 9h-13h, and often in the afternoon & evenings (depending on our event schedule).

If you would like to speak to us in person, please email us or call us in advance before coming to our HQ so that we can ensure that a Board Barcelona team member will be there to assist you.

Yes!! We often deliver boards as a surprise present for loved ones. We love how excited the recipient looks when they open the door and see the beautiful board.

We even include a personalized note, free of charge. Just add your message to the notes section when on checkout.

Of course! When completing your order you will be asked whether you would like a cheese-only board (suitable for vegetarians).

If you are vegan, just drop us a message and we’ll show you how we can cater to your needs.

The boards are designed by our team and come as standard, our fresh products are ordered weekly and depending on the season can vary.

However, if you have a specific request, drop us a message before completing your order and we will show you how we can cater to your needs.

We receive many requests for bespoke catering experiences, for large gatherings and events. If you have a particular event in mind that you would like for us to cater for, get in touch and we can show you how we’ll cater for your needs.

Please notify us of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout, however we cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to high risk of contamination. If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee that a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:

Celery, Cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts), Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
